They do not guarantee your food will arrive unspoiled from poor packing and delivery delays. Crab was scheduled for two days in transit!? But delayed for a third day.
Given a local order was thawed (not frozen as indicated) after arriving on time, I cannot imagine crab will be safe to eat. Goldbelly is giving me a song and dance about “arrival times” - what about spoilage?
They need to ship faster and file fedex claims themselves. Why should a customer take on such risk??
Will NEVER buy from goldbelly again as they have no interest in food safety and customer satisfaction. $200 wasted. Hoping they’ll do the right thing.
It’s a SCAM and the FDA should investigate them. Going to report them now.
This place has NO customer service. They removed all your comments from Facebook--if you happen to criticize them.
I had terrible experience ordering from this website. They use the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse NOT to respond to people. I find it disgusting that a business would use the Covid-19 pandemic to excuse not having a customer service.

Last week I ordered a cake from Goldbelly, the site said it was famous even various presidents loved this cake. It was raspberry, fondant and buttercream what I got for $70.00 was a small sickly sweet cake that had no fondant, no buttercream, no raspberry? Customer service told me to bad there is nothing we will do- what! I also ordered cioppino soup they sent me a double order that I didn't order and again customer service said sorry I don't believe you. What kind of company is this? Don't use this Goldbelly app you'll be sorry if you do.
I can't thank you enough for the second shipment. The ice packs were still frozen, and everything was fresh and delicious. I can guarantee I will order again..........and tell all my friends!!!! Thanks again!!
My wife and I recently ordered a Taste of Baozza Sampler. Loved all 5 varieties, though the Cheesy Spinach is probably our favorite. Even our very picky friends loved it! Super easy to prepare. Definitely exceeded our expectations! We’ll be ordering more.
Just received our pizza and cannoli and rice ball package from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. Living in SC we truly miss the wonderful tastes of NY. It was great! The package came well shipped. Everything inside was properly covered and the meal took us back to great times and great food. Everyone should use this site for a trip back home
Ordered some food from Miami as a Mother’s Day gift. Go notice that UPS was not going to deliver until the day after Mother’s Day and that my food would be in a box for a few days. I reached out with my concerns to Goldbelly and their customer service team saved the day by having it tracked and shipped ASAP so that arrived in time. Food was great and fresh. Always a pleasure to get solid customer service. Will use again.
I ordered 2/12 for a 2/24 delivery. Today is 3/2. It has not left the vendor. I have had to email multiple times and keep being told it will ship, but hasn't shipped. If you need something delivered at a specified time- this is NOT your vendor. Would not use again.

There was a glitch in shipping my original order. But they replaced the much beloved Boston pizzas.. they arrived safe, in perfect condition and YUM!!! Thank you so much!!! I love GoldBelly... they try hard!!
My very first order took 5 days to deliver and was thawed on arrival. Goldbelly immediately addressed the issue and resent the order. This is the BEST pizza I have ever eaten, hands down. Thanks, GOLDBELLY. Great company! Will be reordering for sure! YUMMMMM!
I give it a 2 because it took a number of times for me to ask about the status of my package before I got responses. I also asked very specific questions about refund of expedited delivery and it tool a week and a half for me to get an answer on this. My disappointment is based on the lack of timeliness and sense of urgency to respond to my questions and reach resolution. Finally was told I was receiving a credit on shipping yesterday and got a $15.00 credit to use by 4/1-WOW. My original package was so late that a new one free of charge was sent, but again it took a very long time to reach that resolution. With the cost of your premium product my expectation would be the speed and urgency of your customer service would be at the same premium.
Goldbelly certainly delivers! Their customer support is super helpful and product always arrives on time and in perfect condition!
If you want daily -- literally, every day -- emails to start the second you place your order, and NEVER STOP, regardless of how many times you hit the UNSUBSCRIBE button, this is the website for you!

They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.

Goldbelly's ratings are so high because they don't allow customers to post negative reviews. We've had some success, mostly with baked goods, but it's definitely hit or miss. And when it's a "miss" there is no way to let other customers know. And some items are ridiculously expensive. I agree... better to order directly from the food provider. Goldbelly is just the middle man.

I sent an email about my damaged delivery and got a auto response about how everything is delayed do to virus. Never got any other response so I would say it is impossible.

No customer service! They won't answer the phone, and if you send them an email, they send an autoreply that they will contact you in 5 DAYS, but then do nothing.

I've never had an order be delayed but I would expect to see that in an email. They do provide tracking information.
